All paid plans are subscriptions billed either monthly or annually. You can switch between billing intervals or cancel at any time. Annual billing saves you around 30% compared to monthly.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you will have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will be automatically moved to the Free plan.

At 80% usage we send you an email warning. At 100% a notice appears in the dashboard, but the banner keeps working with no hard block. Free sites over their limit also show a small upgrade nudge in the banner footer. Only extreme overage (10× the plan) is blocked as abuse protection.

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers. All payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway.

Free is for testing. Solo gives you full design freedom for one or two business websites. Pro adds advanced features like multi-language support, custom CSS and JavaScript, per-category scripts, Google Consent Mode v2 Advanced, the cookie policy generator and the public consent API. Agency is for managing up to 50 client websites with priority support.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is automatically prorated via Stripe. To downgrade, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the lower tier.

Yes. For UK customers we issue invoices in GBP with the correct VAT treatment. For other EU customers we use the VAT reverse-charge mechanism under Directive 2006/112/EC if you supply a valid VAT number, otherwise EU VAT is applied. Invoices arrive by email automatically after every successful charge and you can download the full history from the billing area.

Under GDPR Article 83, supervisory authorities can fine up to EUR 20 million or 4% of global annual turnover (whichever is higher). High-profile examples: CNIL fined Google EUR 150 million and Meta EUR 60 million in January 2022 over cookie refusal mechanics; the ICO has issued multiple six-figure UK enforcement notices to publishers for missing or misleading cookie banners. Smaller sites generally receive warnings before fines, but the exposure is the same. Consentio is designed to avoid the patterns that trigger these enforcement actions.

Every new signup automatically starts with 14 days of the Pro plan on us, no credit card and no activation needed. During the trial you get full access to custom CSS/JS, per-category scripts, multi-language support, Google Consent Mode v2 Advanced, the cookie policy generator, detailed analytics and everything else Pro offers. When the 14 days end the account moves to the Free plan automatically; nothing is subscribed or charged unless you choose to.

Yes. We offer a standalone add-on at €3/month (or 79 Kč in CZK billing) that removes the "Powered by Consentio" badge across all your sites; available even on the Free plan. The add-on is cancellable anytime and lives in the banner editor under Behaviour. Paid plans from Solo onward have the badge optional at no extra cost.
